Put this on my Remington 700 and it works like a champ. It attaches directly to the sling swivel on the factory rifle stock. My only gripe is the legs do not have any forward give so you cannot lean into the bipod to get a little extra traction. If you are shooting on a smooth bench with a large caliber it could bounce a little bit but that is also the case with most bipods except the higher end really expensive ones.
