I purchased a couple of different top cover mounts for my AK rifles. This one turned out to be my favorite because it sits low enough so if my quick detach red dot sight fails, I can quickly remove and still use the rifles open sights. The install was pretty easy once I watched the manufacture video on you tube which is 5 minutes worth spending to save you hassle and frustration.
