WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY ?
Customer satisfaction is own number one concern. Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from receipt of goods. If you wish to make an exchange or request a refund please send us an email via the Contact link found on our navigation bar at the top of each page with a request for Return Authorization Number as the subject and your name, address, phone number and list of items that you wish to return or exchange detailed in the body of the message. We will respond asap with detailed instructions on where to return the merchandise. A refund or exchange will be issued as soon as the merchandise is returned.
Please note that we will guarantee all items in NEW condition to be 100% functional and additionally some items if so stated in the add will also carry a Manufacture Warranty against defects. Any questions regarding our products please do not hesitate to contact us.
HOW CAN I PURCHASE FROM M1SURPLUS.COM ?

To make a purchase with your credit card directly from our web site just follow these steps.
1. Go to the page on our web site for the first item you wish to purchase.
2. Use your mouse and click on the empty box that appears next to the "ADD TO CART" button which can be found directly below the item description.
3. Type in the quantity of this particular items that you would like to purchase in the empty box. For example type the number 1 for 1 item, 2 for 2 items, etc.
4. Click on the "ADD TO CART" button and a new page will pop-up displaying your on-line shopping cart and the contents you have added thus far. You can modify the quantity of each item you wish to purchase by changing the number that appears under the words Qty. which stands for quantity and then clicking on the button that says "UPDATE QUANTITY CHANGES".
5. If you wish to add more items to your on-line shopping cart, just click on the button that says "CONTINUE SHOPPING" and you will be redirected to our web site where you can continue shopping. If you decide at anytime to finish shopping without adding any more items to your shopping cart, just click on the "VIEW CART" button that can be found at the bottom of every page.
6. You can finalize your on-line purchase by clicking on the "CHECK-OUT" button which will direct you to a secure web page where your mailing and credit card information will be processed and your order completed.
We also accept checks or money orders via mail. If you wish to mail a payment to us for your purchase, please call us at (909) 348-2090 or just click on the contact link at the top of our navigation bar and send an email with a list of the items, quantity of each item desired and your mailing address. We will respond asap with detailed instructions for mailing in your payment and your order will be put aside pending receipt of funds. Once funds are received, your order will ship within 2 business days.
DOES M1SURPLUS SHIP TO MILITARY APO ADDRESS?
We will ship to any Military APO/FPO address with no additional shipping charges.
DOES M1SURPLUS SHIP INTERNATIONALY?
Sorry but we do Not ship Internationally.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS ?
We ship all items within 2-3 business days from receipt of payment. Note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Our standard shippers are USPS and UPS. The exact delivery time will vary depending on exactly where you are located. We offer tracking service and delivery confirmation on all items shipped. Once your order is shipped, an email with the shipping and tracking details will be sent to you. If you would like to receive the shipping and tracking information, please make sure you provide a valid email address when placing your order. Also note that Signature and delivery confirmation is mandatory on all orders. This information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped out. Please make sure you type in your email address correctly when making your purchase so that we can email you the order details.
